TAP TAP TAP

...the sound of my foot as i wait for this baby to do his thing.
poor jo's foot tapping has become more of a stomp.
i haven't called her today - i reckon she is getting enough phone calls (don't all you mums remember those non-stop calls when people have any inkling that you are getting niggly pains...???)
she will call when she needs me.

tap tap tap.

despite feeling totally yucky today (headaches, stomach aches and no energy) i managed to drag myself to the gym and felt ten times worse when i finished.
i called into my lss to book into a "make the most of your digital camera" course (in march) - i am sure there are lots of tricks of the trade that i need to learn about and the teacher also teaches classes for slr's so i might get some of them too - and then i might be able to justify the cost of buying a canon rebel.
while i was there i picked up some more papers to finish an album for my niece's first birthday and also picked up some of the delish daisy d attic heirloom papers.
how totally sumptious and rich are these papers - yum yum.
can't wait to use them now.

i also finished 2 los that i started on the weekend. not so sure i am happy with them but i will post them later tonight if i haven't crawled back into bed.

so today is valentine's day.
mark is not one for doing the whole flowers/choccies/dinner thing.
never has been.
and as he says - "why do i need a special day to let you know how much i love you...???"
we have had a running joke for may years now.
he walks in the door after work and asks me if my 12 long stemmed red roses arrived.
i say no.
he says "bloody stupid florist - i won't be going back there again next year. can't even get an address right"
and you know what...???
don't think i would have my darling man any other way.

a happy tomorrow to you

That Daisy D paper does look delish. Can't wait to see what you do with it.

Happy Valentine's Day, anyway.

Babies come when they are ready aand not before.
