do certain people seem to take such peverse pleasure in doing and saying things knowing full well that the things they do and say will make other people sad...???
how can you get such pleasure out of being so downright mean and nasty...???

Of all your questions only the last one has any real answer and that is only YOU have the power to let people affect you or hurt you or not. Don't give them that power! *You are more important*, look after your heart and feelings as you would look after those of your children.
I don't know why some people can be so mean when it's just as easy to hold out a helping hand or give a supportive hug or word.

That is why tv's come with an on off switch...pity people didnt have them too....stiff upper lip Shazz!
Why do people do half of the stupid, callous, thoughtless, hurtful, horrible (need I continue ?? LOL) things that they do ?? Hugs to you :)
I think it's because you're such a nice person Shazz, comes with the territory. I guess the only thing you can do is try and not let it get to you.
